The neatly stacked plastic wrapped carrots vacuum packed beetroots
and instant noodles have shined on me a blessing of truth:

The PA announces as an alarm goes off and over the blaring siren
sings, capitalized:

But how am I supposed to get better if I cant find and purchase
the right medicine? How can I learn from my past if my phone doesn't
diligently track where I've been? My signal:
It comes and it goes it comes and it goes it comes and it goes.
My bank has started leaving me these horrifying voice messages
of a grown man just screaming:

DO BETTER, BE BETTER, DO BETTER, BE BETTER, DO BETTER, BE BETTER

Sell me the things I know
Sell me that healthy glow

as I regurgitate all I see.
